Buddy is a pure-bred Siberian Husky. We adopted him from the Humane Society in November of 1998. He came from an abusive family, and is sometimes afraid of people and will not bark unless in an extreme situation. His tail has a red tint, indicating that he is a pure-bred. Buddy loves to run and pull over his human companions on walks, and has even pulled people in a sled! A true sled-dog indeed. He is estimated to be about ten or eleven years old, an old and wizened dog. He is called Buddy the Wolf. He imitates many of the habits of wolves: talking (especially before walks), tracking other animals, marking his territory (how he loves those mailboxes), and eating snow (he often wants to go out for the sole purpose of eating snow). Here are some pictures of Buddy, enjoy! Click on the image for the full version.
